We notice there is still many Supporter making mistakes when it came to place an order or inquiry on the BE FORWARD web site using the BFS ID.
This post is to help you understand how it really work, if you take a few minutes to read carefully and pay attention on the images I’m sure you will not have any doubts to make the inquiry on beforward.jp

Okay, so you registered as a BF SUPPORTER and now you have found your first friend or client who want YOU to make the order on his behalf, either because he have no access to internet, or do not have time to keep checking the emails, or they just don’t have any idea how is the process, basically he just want to choose the car and pay! That’s It!
Great! So check the image above to see, how you should fill the form on BE FORWARD web site.
As a BF Supporter when you making an order on Behalf of someone!
It is a very simple process, You have a BFS ID so insert Your email address and BFS ID only! Those two are the only information from YOU that you must fill in the form, the remaining info is from your Friend( Referral, friend or customer that you are purchasing the vehicle for).
In case you insert your own information on the form, once you click on ” Inquiry” our System will recognize the same info registered by you when you joined the BF Supporters.
The only information by you is the BFS ID and Email Address!

Here is how you should guide your referral, friend or customer how they should use your BFS ID when they decide to order the vehicle on the BE FORWARD web site.
When your friend make the inquiry insert YOUR BFS ID, and the remaining information should be their own.
See that all the information is from your referral, only the BFS ID should be from the Supporter.
The only change actually is the email address, the referral is the one who want to negotiate the vehicle, receive the email and get all the updates then he should fill he’s email address.
When you registered as a Supporter, if you have not updated your payment information make sure to login on your Dashboard and register your payment information, without payment information you might not receive the reward on your Ecocash.
