How to Place a Free Quotation on BE FORWARD Website

We are happy to announce to you that we have recently updated our Inquiry Forms on BE FORWARD website. You will now find it a lot easier to place your inquiries this time. On this post we are going to teach you the easier and faster way to do it. There are two different types of inquiry forms and two ways on how to place an inquiry on the website; one is the inquiry form for the customers who are logged in and the other is for customers who are not logged in and who do not have a “My Page” BE FORWARD account.

For Customers who are Logged In

  1. First you have to find your ideal deal from the stock list.
  2. Once you are on the Inquiry Form, make sure to enter the BFS ID of the BE FORWARD SUPPORTER who introduced you to BE FORWARD on the field “Introduced by a BF SUPPORTERS?” so that the discount will be applied. Please refer to the image below. The discounted price will be displayed.

3. Click the “Inquiry” button and move to the next page.

4. A vehicle specification window will be displayed followed by another form where you must insert the Consignee details. “Consignee” is the owner to be of vehicle to be purchased.” Make sure to fill in correctly the Consignee’s name, country, city, address and telephone number. After making sure that the vehicle specifications and all the Consignee information are correct, click “ Send.”

* Note: We added an extra option that enables you to save the Consignee information for future use, so make sure to supply the correct information. Refer to the image below.

5. After clicking the button “Yes, or “No”, a confirmation page as shown below will be displayed. You will have an option to go back to the previous page in case you will need to check some information or if you decide to check out other vehicles.

6. Please check your email for the confirmation of the price and the conditions of the vehicles you have inquired for.

For Customers who are NOT Logged In

For our first time visitors or for customers who don’t have a BE FORWARD account, an extra step in the beginning of the process is required. After steps 1 and 2 below, you can follow the steps 3,4, 5 and 6 above like the process for the Customers who are logged in.

  1. First you have to find your ideal deal from the stock list.
  2. Once you are on the Inquiry Form as shown below, you must fill in the required details such as your name, country, email address, telephone number, address and city before you can proceed to the next step.In case that you are a BE FORWARD SUPPORTER inquiring on behalf of someone else, the name, telephone number, country, address and city must be from the Consignee of the vehicle. The email address must be yours since you are responsible for the communication between the Consignee and BE FORWARD Japan.In case that you have been introduced by a BE FORWARD SUPPORTER, all the fields must be filled in with your own information.

3. To proceed, please refer to steps 3, 4, 5 and 6 above for the Customers who are logged in.
