Writing Style
Blog articles must be written in Expository style (with facts and figures in logical sequence) and Persuasive style (with strong opinion and compelling reasons to convince the readers to take actions on recommendations).
Target Readers
Blog articles must be written for BE FORWARD customers and readers, especially those who are interested in buying used cars and currently in their buying decision process.
Format
- Blog articles must be in MS Word (.doc or .docx) or text (.txt) file and not more than 500 KB file size.
- Blog articles must contain original or free from copyright issue images with .jpg or .png file and not more than 5 MB in size. All images must be zipped upon submission. As for free images please refer to the following sites:

https://www.flickr.com/ - Blog articles must be original, informative, not a duplicate from the Internet or any other source of duplication and must not have been previously published.
- Blog articles must consist of the following:
1. A short introduction that clearly defines the topic to be covered and that will captivate the reader’s attention.
2. Subtitles for each paragraph (2-5 main paragraphs)
3. Conclusion – a summary of the content, recommendations, personal comment, etc.
Do’s & Don’ts
- Omit needless words. Prior to submission, review your article and get rid of unnecessary jargons.
- Don’t advertise specific products and services and don’t include third party’s personal information and any unclear information.
Submission
- You must be a BE FORWARD SUPPORTER and have a BFS ID before writing and submitting. If you are not a BE FORWARD SUPPORTER yet, click here to sign up.
- Fill out the Submission Form and submit your blog article/s.
Evaluation
All Blog articles will undergo a thorough evaluation based on the following criteria:
- Plagiarism Check. Any Blog articles with plagiarism or copyright issue will be disqualified.
- Informative Content. All Blog articles must be informative and interesting for Target readers.
- Grammar & Writing Style. All Blog articles must have a good grammar, vocabulary and writing style, free from spelling mistakes, incorrect and negative information.
- Images. All Blog articles must contain at least 2 images that are original (images that are not obtained from illegal sources and must be free from copyright issue).
Payment of Rewards & Bonuses
- All submissions that will pass the evaluation will be contacted by email within a week following the evaluation.
- All rewards and bonuses will be paid through the registered Mobile Money account or MoneyGram Money Transfer (Zanaco account for Zambia)
- For blog articles with similar topics, the reward and bonus will be given to the selected article for publication only.
